    The Sixth Construction Company of China National Chemical Engineering (SCCCNCE), with legal status, is a large comprehensive construction & erection enterprise, possessing the following National first-class certificates of qualification approved by the Ministry of construction PRC: construction & Installation of chemical works; construction & installation of petro-chemical works; construction of buildings; construction & installation of mechanical & electrical works; construction & installation of chemical & petro-chemical equipment & pipelines; fabrication & installation of steel structure; construction of environmental protection works; construction & installation of anti-corrosion works; construction & installation of pipelines. National second-class certificates of qualification: construction of municipal administration domestic works. The company also has the certificates of qualification for contract for overseas works, & the power of management for overseas labor cooperation. In June 1995, the company was awarded the Certificate of the Quality System Certification in conformity with GB/T19002 standard issued by Quality Assurance Center of China Quality Control Association (QAC). In June 2001, the company was also awarded the Certificate of Environmental Management System in conformity with ISO 14001 standard & the Certificate of Occupation Health and Safety Management System in conformity with GB/T28001-2001standard.

   The company was established in Xining City, Qinghai Province in 1965. The company was moved to Xiangfan city, a famous historical cultural city in 1969. In more than 40 years, the members of the company worked in more than 30 provinces and big cities of China and Hongkong, Pakistan, Malasia, Kazakhstan, Turkery &Tunis. The company has accomplished the construction of more than 1000 large or medium sized newly-built projects ,renovation or expansion projects in the field of chemical, petro-chemical, pharmaceutical, building material, power & light industry, municipal administration works, environmental protection works, foods & high-rise buildings etc. Under the guidance of quality policy “Executing the contract credibly, pursuing perfection and providing expected engineering and servicing to the clients.” With timely schedule and good quality, the company has been awarded more than 40 items of “ The Luban Construction Project Award (National High Quality Construction Project)”, High Quality Construction Project Awarded by Ministry of Chemical Industry, Provinces and the clients or consulting companies.
